Family members personally have overheard how staff treat our brother. I am tired of hearing that they are short-staffed and this is why my brother is neglected and mistreated. Some LNA's have been overheard being insensitive and unprofessional towards our brother. My brother has stated, "dogs are treated better" than I am treated here. Family have dropped off clothing and food in which he never receives items and our brother is told it got lost. Activities do not invite him to any programs since he has been admitted and do not provide any room visits for socialization.
